How do I return an item?

SmartScoop wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If a product purchased from this website* does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days from the date on your receipt for a refund. The product must be returned with the original packing slip as well as the complete unit with all materials, manuals and accessories.
 
  • Place order number on outside of shipping box (located in upper right corner of packing slip).
  • Complete the Return Merchandise Form (click here). Returns will not be accepted without it.
  • Affix the Return Merchandise Form to the outside of the box.
  • Returned products must be sent postage prepaid to the following address:

  • For proof of delivery, you must use a traceable carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.).
  • Original shipping charges will not be credited and SmartScoop does not reimburse postage/shipping charges to return a product.
  • No credits will be issued beyond 30 days unless it is determined that the return is due to an error made by SmartScoop on the original order.
  • Credits will be issued via the payment method used for original purchase.
  • Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for the processing of a return.
